We want you to love your ritual. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your Lumina Sol products, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right with a full refund — no questions, no hassle.

Opened or unopened? Both.
Skincare is personal, and we know a product has to earn its place on your shelf. You don't need to return the bottle — opened or not, the guarantee applies. If something isn't right for your skin, we'd rather hear from you than have you keep a product you won't use.

How to request your refund
Email us at contact@luminasol.co with your order number within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@luminasol.co and we'll replace it or refund you right away.
